How our quoting works
- You fill in the form — 5 minutes. Tell us what you're trying to do.
- Jose responds personally — usually within 24 hours, never more than 2 business days.
- 30-minute scoping call — we ask the questions needed to scope it properly.
- Fixed-price proposal — within 5 business days of the call. Scope, timeline, price, team.
- Build (if you proceed) — sprint zero starts within 2 weeks of signed approval.
We don't bill for the scoping conversation. We don't bill for the proposal. We bill once you say yes.
