End User Agreement

1. Licence grant

Subject to payment of subscription fees, Visual Link IT grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the software for your internal business purposes for the duration of your subscription.

2. Restrictions

You may not: copy, modify or create derivative works of the software; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it; sub-license or resell it; remove copyright or proprietary notices; use it to operate a competing CMS or AI platform.

3. Customer data

You own all data you input into the software. Visual Link IT may process your data only as required to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Availability & SLA

We target 99.95% uptime for VisualCMS Business and Enterprise plans. Specific SLA terms (response times, credits) are documented in your order form.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice for monthly subscriptions, or as specified in your order form. On termination, we provide a 30-day data export window before deletion.

6. Limitation of liability

Liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, except for indemnities and breaches of confidentiality.
