Acceptable Use Policy
Customers and visitors must use Visual Link IT services lawfully and considerately. This AUP defines what we won't tolerate.
Prohibited activities
You must not use the services to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) distribute spam, malware, viruses, or material that infringes intellectual property; (c) harass, defame or threaten any person; (d) gain unauthorised access to systems; (e) interfere with service operation (DoS attacks, excessive scraping); (f) host or distribute child sexual abuse material, terrorism content or other illegal content; (g) violate any third-party terms when integrated with their services.
Bandwidth, storage and fair use
VisualCMS plans include reasonable resource allocations. Excessive use that impacts other customers may trigger throttling or require an upgrade.
Reporting violations
If you believe someone is violating this AUP, email abuse@visuallinkit.com.
Consequences
Violations may result in service suspension, account termination, content removal, and reporting to authorities where required.
